When will my monthly beauty box ship?

Your first box ships within 10 to 15 business days of your initial order. Subsequent monthly boxes are typically processed and shipped during the third week of each month.

Can I choose the products in my box?

While our beauty experts curate most of the selection, we occasionally offer 'Member Choices' where you can select a specific shade or product variant for your upcoming box through your account dashboard.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our subscription service and for hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns of individual products or monthly boxes. If an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account settings and selecting 'Manage Subscription.' To avoid being charged for the next month, please cancel at least 48 hours before your billing date.

Are the products full-sized or travel-sized?

Each Allure Beauty Box is guaranteed to contain at least six products, including a minimum of three full-size items, with a total value of at least $100.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to the contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping or delivery to P.O. Boxes at this time.
